Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days  
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional fees may apply)  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50 or more).

  4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website.

  5. Customs and Import Taxes
International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Return Policy

   1. Returns
We want you to love your GlamxRose purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within **14 days** of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:  
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.  
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.  

  2. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

  3. How to Initiate a Return 
To start a return, please contact us at **[your email address]** with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.  

  4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within **5-7 business days** and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.

  6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:  
- Gadgets that have been opened or used.  
- Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel (unless defective).
